To support an enterprise wide sales push for behavioral health products, an end-to-end (intervention to resolution) video was created to educate prospective customers on the breadth of behavioral health products offered by Cigna, and their seamless integration with the company’s better known health and wellness products. The authentic and emotional quality of the story delivered a powerful message and compelling results.
With average viewing time of over two minutes, social media channels alone tracked over 15,000 views, almost 58,000 impressions and 100% positive interactions. Product and Sales teams were enamored, citing increased product awareness among current and prospective customers, and high click-thru volume to Cigna’s broker website.
