/ PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Sales of Cigna’s Voluntary products (critical illness, accidental injury, etc.) were slumping, and brokers cited two main reasons: 1/ scattered, outdated content, and 2/ low motivation (commissions). Enter VOLT (VOLuntary Toolkit).
A microsite delivered on a flash drive, this pilot sales and learning resource contained collateral, sell sheets and sales decks to get brokers up to speed quickly, and, a motivational guide to encourage adding Voluntary products to the pitch. Additionally, new and updated content was electronically pushed ensuring accuracy, requiring little to no effort on behalf of the broker.
Feedback from brokers has been overwhelmingly positive. With the creation of VOLT, a platform for ongoing feedback was built, leveraging brokers as a steering committee for continuous improvement.
