Create a print and digital holiday card to reach a global network of business constituents. The card must be universal and transcend cultural, religious and geographical boundaries, all while passing muster within the seemingly limitless layers of corporate scrutiny. Simple, right?
A series of three cards were created with single words composed out of edible flowers (Joy), olive branches (Peace) and herbs (Hope), symbolizing health and prosperity. Following years of steady decline, sales of printed cards jumped almost 29%. E-card recipients were treated to a stop-action animation of the words, resulting in a cumulative open rate of almost 130%. Additionally, numerous inquiries were received from employees wanting to buy additional cards for personal use.
